Since the end of 2013, HDG PROJECTS has managed the comedy group Monty Python.
Following the success of the group's 2014 reunion live shows, Monty Python Live (mostly) - One Down Five to Go, at the O2, London the Monty Python brand has been reinvigorated. HDG PROJECTS is not only responsible for managing the Pythons (John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones & Michael Palin), but is also responsible for the management, development and "future-proofing" of the brand - everything from developing new merchandise, artwork, products and offerings; managing the new official website and social media outlets; overseeing the content of the YouTube channel and managing the brand's online presence; exploring and developing ways to introduce the catalogue to new and younger audiences; creating a comprehensive archive, from which new books and exhibitions will be created in the future; producing TV programmes and documentaries about the group; working with international partners to make the catalogue available to wider audiences & on multiple platforms, including Netflix; and organising events, screenings and activities.
